EMOLO FEEL, S.L specializes in the design and manufacture of costume jewelry and accessories. The pieces, 100% handmade in Spain, are produced with the highest quality materials. Among its components, we find brass and zamak findings, as well as agates, pearls, and other natural stones; leather, cotton, and silk complete the creations.

The materials used for production come from national suppliers, capable of guaranteeing and supporting the quality parameters under which the firm is committed to working. 18-carat gold plating, in strict compliance with current legislation, ensures that all pieces are free of toxic materials and components that could pose any risk to the health of their customers.

Given the special characteristics of the products marketed by EMOLO FEEL, S.L, at www.emolo.es, there are slight differences between each item purchased, mainly due to the uniqueness and exclusivity of each and every one of the materials and stones used in its making, which is also largely artisanal. Therefore, no two products are exactly alike, and in any case, it is inevitable that the product delivered to the customer will differ slightly from that shown in the photographs included in the purchase process (even if it were the same item). In no case will these differences imply the delivery of products with poorer material quality than those expressly mentioned in the description of each item.

Likewise, the customer is informed and aware that the size of the photographs contained on www.emolo.es does not exactly correspond to the actual size of the products offered by EMOLO FEEL, S.L. Therefore, the customer is informed and expressly aware of these circumstances and differences, without these being a cause for termination of the Contract.

In any case, without prejudice to the provisions at the beginning of the section, EMOLO FEEL, S.L products acquired by the customer through the acquisition procedure established in the PURCHASE CONDITIONS have the legal guarantee inherent to consumer goods, that is, their conformity with their description on the website and with these particular conditions.

EMOLO FEEL, S.L is responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of six months. The consumer must inform us by email at emolo@emolo.es of the lack of conformity within fifteen days from when they became aware of it. Failure to comply with this period will not entail the loss of the right to the corresponding remedy, the customer being responsible, however, for the damages or losses actually caused by the delay in communication. In any case, the guarantee relating to defects caused by improper use is excluded, as well as generally all those excluded by current European Union legislation.
