ATENCIÓN NEFASTA!
Para la compra del producto y para solicitar información sobre el mismo fueron muy rápidas y contestaron prácticamente al momento, lo cual me dio muy buena impresión al principio.
Sin embargo, mi experiencia cambió completamente cuando tuve que realizar un cambio de anillo por el tema de la talla. Ellas mismas me recomendaron una talla que finalmente me quedaba grande. A pesar de haber sido un error por su parte y de haber gastado una cantidad considerable de dinero en el anillo, tuve que asumir yo el coste del cambio.
Además, el proceso fue desesperante. Tardaron muchísimo en contestarme para gestionar el cambio, la comunicación fue nefasta y daba la sensación de que ni siquiera leían bien los mensajes que les enviaba. Incluso llegaron a poner mal la dirección de envío, lo que retrasó aún más la entrega.
Después de casi un mes esperando, tuve que ponerme yo directamente en contacto con la empresa de transporte porque, aunque me decían que estaban intentando gestionarlo, en realidad no estaban haciendo nada efectivo para solucionarlo.
En resumen, una atención al cliente muy deficiente y una gestión muy mala cuando surge un problema. UNA VERGÜENZA!

No pasa desapercido, tiene caracter.
He recibido hoy este anillo y me gusta mucho.
Mis dedos son regordetes y en el dedo anular la talla22 me queda bien,pero si quisiera llevar esta talla en otros dedos no me serviria.
Quisiera proponer si es posible la posibilidad de ampliar algo más el tallaje,seria estupendo.
Por lo demás y como ya he mencionado me gusta mucho el anillo y de ahí mi propuesta.
El envio ha sido muy rapido cosa que es de agradecer como el detalle de perfumar el envoltorio,son detalles que gustan.
