Not satisfied with your purchase? Don't worry!

You have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your package to make any changes or returns.

Remember that it is essential that the products are in perfect condition and without signs of use, otherwise, no exchange can be made.

Shipping

We ship to anywhere in Spain.

We commit to preparing all orders received by 1:00 PM on the same day. If your order is placed after 1:00 PM, it will be prepared on the next business day. We want you to receive your jewelry as soon as possible!

Orders placed on Fridays after 1:00 PM or on weekends will be shipped on Monday or the next business day if it's a holiday. If this is not possible for any reason, you will be notified via email and provided with an estimated shipping date.

For all shipments within Spain, the courier company responsible for delivering all our orders is Correos Express. For international orders, we operate through SEUR, FedEx, and GLS, depending on the destination.

Meeting delivery times is essential for us. However, there may be delays in your package due to reasons beyond ÉMOLO's control, such as absence from home, incorrect address, or transportation problems. In these cases, the responsibility will lie with the customer and/or CTT Express.

During periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, deliveries may experience slight delays, and we ask for your understanding. If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time, please contact us through Customer Service.

If your order is returned by the transport agency, the costs of reshipment will be borne by the customer, in cases where the following circumstances occur: incomplete address, inability to contact the customer, or absence from the home.

When you want to send an order to another person, include all necessary details in the shipping address.

Once your product has been shipped from our offices, you will receive an email with a tracking link. All the information is also available in the relevant section. In case of absence, the courier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

The delivery period corresponds to the business days that elapse from the completion of the order preparation, after payment verification, until the customer receives it.

The delivery time may be longer if the package is held by Customs.
Shipments may be subject to taxes and/or duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
These fees are collected at the time of delivery of the order; the import may vary depending on the weight and the import of the package.

For orders outside the European Union, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, all associated fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer in accordance with current legal provisions:

  • Import customs taxes vary by country.
  • The declared value for customs purposes will be the invoice amount in euros.
  • They must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery of the order.
  • Their amount may vary depending on the weight and value of the package.

Shipments to countries outside the European Union, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla will be invoiced without VAT.
