Domestic and International Shipping and Returns

You have 14 calendar days from when you receive your package to make any changes or returns.
Remember that it is essential that the products are in perfect condition and without signs of use, otherwise, no exchange can be made.
Shipping
We ship anywhere in Spain.
We promise to prepare all orders received before 13:00 on the same day. If your order was placed after 13:00, it will be prepared the next business day. We want you to receive your jewelry as soon as possible!
Orders placed on Fridays after 1:00 p.m. or on weekends will be shipped on Monday or the next business day, if it is a holiday. If this is not possible for any reason, you will be notified by email and an estimated shipping date will be provided.
For all shipments within Spain, the courier company in charge of delivering all our orders is Correos Express. For international orders we operate through SEUR, FedEx and GLS, depending on the destination.
Meeting delivery times is essential for us. However, there may be a delay in your package due to causes beyond ÉMOLO's control, such as absence from home, incorrect address or transportation problems. In these cases, the responsibility will lie with the client and/or CTT Express.
During periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, deliveries may suffer slight delays, please excuse us. If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time, please contact us through Customer Service .
If your order is returned by the transport agency, the costs of re-shipping will be borne by the customer, in the event that the following circumstances occur: incomplete address, inability to contact the customer or absence from home.
When you want to send an order to another person, please include all necessary information in the shipping address.
Once your product has been shipped from our offices, you will receive an email with a tracking link. All the information is also available in the section. In case of absence, the courier will contact you to arrange a time that suits your preferences.
Costs and delivery times
The delivery period corresponds to the business days that elapse from the completion of the order after verifying your payment, until the customer receives it.
