I.- Users
Access to and/or use of this website confers the status of User, who, from that very moment, fully and unreservedly accepts these General Conditions as well as any Specific Conditions that, where applicable, may supplement, modify, or replace the General Conditions in relation to specific services and contents of the Portal.
II.- Use of the website, its services and content
The User undertakes to use the Website and its services and content without contravening current legislation, good faith, generally accepted customs, and public order. Likewise, the use of the Website for illicit or harmful purposes against EMOLO FEEL, SL, or any third party, or that, in any way, may cause damage or prevent the normal functioning of the Website, is prohibited.

EMOLO FEEL, SL and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Murcia for any questions that may arise or actions that may be brought deriving from the provision of the Website service and its services and content and concerning the interpretation, application, fulfillment, or non-fulfillment of what is established herein.
