PURCHASING CONDITIONS

EMOLO FEEL, S.L., accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. To purchase products offered through the website www.emolo.es, it is not necessary to be registered, but it is necessary to accept the "Legal Notice", "Purchasing Conditions" and the "Privacy Policy".

  • Remember that personal data must be entered accurately to avoid confusion or incidents in the provision of the service and delivery of purchased products.
  • The products to be purchased must be selected and added to the shopping cart by "clicking" on the corresponding icon.
  • After selecting the desired Products, the CUSTOMER must access the shopping cart, where they can see a summary identifying the selected Products, their total price, applicable taxes and, where appropriate, corresponding shipping costs. If you have a discount coupon, this is the time to use it.
  • Data verification will be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the CUSTOMER. EMOLO FEEL, S.L. will not be responsible for errors and inaccuracies in the order if the products listed in the order confirmation have been sent.
  • Next, the CUSTOMER must fill in the form with their data or enter their user data if already registered, and indicate the product delivery address.
  • If the CUSTOMER provides any false, inaccurate or incomplete data, or if EMOLO FEEL, S.L. has sufficient reason to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate or incomplete, it reserves the right to cancel the CUSTOMER's purchase. In such a case, EMOLO FEEL, S.L. will inform the CUSTOMER and proceed to refund the amounts paid, deducting transaction costs, through the same means by which the payment was made, within fourteen (14) days following said communication.
  • Once the purchase form is completed, the CUSTOMER must accept these Conditions. Once accepted, they must select the desired payment method and confirm the order.
  • Depending on the selected payment method, the CUSTOMER may be redirected to an online payment platform to complete the purchase.
  • Once the transaction is confirmed, the CUSTOMER will receive an email communication with their order information and the corresponding invoice. The "absence of receipt" of this message may be due to a temporary network communication problem or a typing error in the email address provided. In both cases, it is advisable to contact Customer Service.
  • It is advisable to review the data provided before finalizing your purchase.

The customer will receive the following emails from EMOLO FEEL, S.L.:

  1.     Welcome to the CUSTOMER once registered on the website
  2.     Payment processed with corresponding invoice.
  3.     Order confirmation.
  4.     Order shipment confirmation with tracking link so you know when you will receive your jewelry at home. All information will be available in "Track my order".

ITEMS

All information about the items offered by EMOLO FEEL, S.L., prices, features, description, size, content, etc., are available to the CUSTOMER on the website.

We try to make the descriptions and representations of the items that the CUSTOMER can view next to each one of them as accurate and useful as possible. However, when working with natural stones, it is possible that the colors and size of these that the CUSTOMER sees on their screen may vary compared to the original items.

The photographs and data included in the description of each item are for informational purposes only; therefore, EMOLO FEEL, S.L. disclaims any responsibility for errors in said information.

PRICES

The prices of the items are indicated in euros and include VAT, and will be itemized on the invoice.

The prices listed on the website supersede all previously published prices and are valid at the time of publication. EMOLO FEEL, S.L. undertakes to make every possible effort to maintain these prices, although it reserves the right to modify them without prior notice, informing the CUSTOMER at the time of placing an order. Price modifications will not affect orders already placed.



PAYMENT METHODS AND SECURITY

EMOLO FEEL, S.L. accepts payments via PAYPAL and the REDSYS platform to ensure maximum payment security. When you see the symbols of both platforms, the Customer can consider their transaction 100% protected. If our security department suspects any anomaly or fraud, EMOLO FEEL, S.L. reserves the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons.

EMOLO FEEL, S.L. offers the Customer two payment methods:


PAYMENT BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

If you choose to pay by card, the Customer's order will be charged through the REDSYS platform's payment gateway. REDSYS encrypts your banking data when transmitted over the internet.

For security reasons, we verify all orders paid with a bank card. REDSYS accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB and Citicorp cards. If your payment is rejected, you can contact customer service at emolo@emolo.es, so we can help you finalize your order.

For payments made with cards issued outside Spain, it is necessary for the issuing bank to be covered by the Secure Electronic Commerce (CES) Security Protocol. Payments with cards that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted.


PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL ACCOUNT

If you choose to pay with your PayPal account, you should note that PayPal allows you to pay directly without sharing financial data online. PayPal automatically encrypts confidential data using the best technologies available on the market. EMOLO FEEL, S.L. is not responsible for any charges that PayPal may apply to your account due to cost commissions or verification of authenticity.

EMOLO FEEL, S.L. reserves the right to withhold any order for security reasons, as well as to temporarily prevent access to acquired items. Affected CUSTOMERS will be informed. Likewise, EMOLO FEEL, S.L. reserves the right to cancel an order if it is believed that the data provided by the CUSTOMER cannot be verified.

EMOLO FEEL, S.L. will not be responsible for delays in the delivery of orders resulting from lack of authorization by the payment system.

PROMOTIONS AND CONTESTS EMOLO FEEL, SL., warns its CUSTOMERS that our promotions or special discounts are subject to conditions. Promotions are never cumulative, are valid for orders over €20 and do not apply to outlet products.
