We commit to preparing all orders received by 1 PM on the same day, shipping them to their destination after payment confirmation. If your order was placed after 1 PM, it will be prepared on the next business day. We want you to receive your jewelry as soon as possible!

Orders placed on Fridays after 1 PM or on weekends will be dispatched on Monday or the next business day, if it's a holiday. If this is not possible for any reason, you will be notified via email and provided with an estimated shipping date.
