Orders placed on Fridays after 1 PM or on weekends will be shipped on Monday or the next business day if Monday is a holiday. If this is not possible for any reason, you will be notified by email and provided with an estimated shipping date.
For all shipments within Spain, Correos Express handles the delivery of all our orders. For international orders, we use the shipping services Packlink and Correos.
Meeting delivery deadlines is essential to us. However, your package may be delayed due to circumstances beyond ÉMOLO's control, such as absence from the address, an incorrect address, or transportation issues. In these cases, the responsibility will lie with the customer and/or Correos Express.
During periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, deliveries may experience slight delays; we apologize for any inconvenience. If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time, please contact us through [contact information missing]. Customer Service .
If your order is returned by the transport agency, the costs of resending it will be borne by the customer, in the event of the following circumstances: incomplete address, inability to contact the customer or absence at the address.
When you wish to send an order to another person, please provide all the necessary information in the shipping address.
