Orders placed before 1:00 PM are shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM are processed and shipped the following business day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday, during the weekend, or on public holidays will be shipped the following business day. If any issue arises that may delay shipment, we will inform you via email.

Once your order has left our facilities, you will receive an email with the tracking link. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt to contact you to arrange a new delivery.

Although we strive to always meet the stated deadlines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond ÉMOLO's control, such as transport issues, incorrect addresses, or absence at the delivery location. During high-demand periods, such as Black Friday or Christmas, delivery times may also be slightly affected.

If an order is returned due to an incomplete address, inability to contact the recipient, or repeated absence, the shipping costs for a new delivery will be borne by the customer.

If you wish to send the order directly to another person, please ensure all their details are entered correctly in the shipping address.
