From Order to Your Door
When your order ships
Orders placed before 13:00 are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after that time are prepared and shipped the next business day.
If you place your order after 13:00 on Friday, during the weekend, or on a holiday, we will ship it on the next business day. If any incident delays the shipment, we will inform you by email.
Tracking and Delivery
When your order leaves our facilities, you will receive an email with the tracking link.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the shipping company will attempt to contact you to arrange a new delivery.
Possible Delays
We work to meet the indicated deadlines, although delays may occur due to reasons beyond EMOLO's control, such as transportation incidents, an incorrect address, or absence from the delivery address.
During periods of high demand, such as Black Friday or Christmas, delivery times may also be slightly affected.
Review the Shipping Address
If the order is returned due to an incomplete address, inability to contact the recipient, or repeated absences, the cost of a new shipment will be borne by the customer.
If you are sending the order to someone else, make sure to correctly provide all their details in the shipping address.
