Orders placed before 1:00 PM are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after that time are prepared and shipped the next business day.
If you place your order after 1:00 PM on Friday, during the weekend, or on a holiday, we will ship it on the next business day. If any incident delays the shipment, we will inform you by email.
When your order leaves our facilities, you will receive an email with the tracking link.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the shipping company will attempt to contact you to arrange a new delivery.
We work to meet the indicated deadlines, although delays may occur due to reasons beyond ÉMOLO's control, such as transportation incidents, an incorrect address, or repeated absences from the home.
During periods of high demand, such as Black Friday or Christmas, delivery times may also be slightly affected.
If the order is returned due to an incomplete address, inability to contact the recipient, or repeated absences, the cost of a new shipment will be borne by the customer.
If you are sending the order to someone else, make sure to correctly provide all their details in the shipping address.
