Orders placed before 1:00 PM are shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM are prepared and shipped on the next business day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday, during the weekend, or on holidays will be shipped on the next business day. If any incident occurs that may delay the shipment, we will inform you by email.

Once your order has left our facilities, you will receive an email with the tracking link. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the shipping company will attempt to contact you to arrange a new delivery.

Although we strive to always meet the stated deadlines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond ÉMOLO's control, such as transport incidents, incorrect address, or absence at the delivery location. During periods of high demand, such as Black Friday or Christmas, delivery times may also be slightly affected.

If an order is returned due to an incomplete address, inability to contact the recipient, or repeated absence, the cost of a new shipment will be borne by the customer.
