National and international shipments and returns

Not happy with your purchase? Don't worry!

You have 14 calendar days from when you receive your package to make any changes or returns.

Please remember that it is essential that the products are in perfect condition and without signs of use, otherwise no exchange can be made.

Shipment

We ship to anywhere in Spain.

We are committed to processing all orders received before 1 p.m. on the same day. If your order is placed after 1 p.m., it will be processed the next business day. We want you to receive your jewelry as soon as possible!

Orders placed on Fridays after 1 PM or on weekends will be shipped on Monday or the next business day if Monday is a holiday. If this is not possible for any reason, you will be notified by email and provided with an estimated shipping date.

For all shipments within Spain, the courier company responsible for delivering all our orders is CTT Express. For international orders, we use the shipping services Packlink and Correos.

Meeting delivery deadlines is essential to us. However, your package may be delayed due to circumstances beyond ÉMOLO's control, such as absence from the address, an incorrect address, or transportation issues. In these cases, the responsibility will lie with the customer and/or CTT Express.

During periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, deliveries may experience slight delays; we apologize for any inconvenience. If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time, please contact our Customer Service .

If your order is returned by the transport agency, the costs of resending it will be borne by the customer, in the event of the following circumstances: incomplete address, inability to contact the customer or absence at the address.

When you wish to send an order to another person, please provide all the necessary information in the shipping address.

Once your product has been shipped from our offices, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also find all the information in the tracking section. If you are not home, the courier will contact you to arrange a delivery time that suits you.

The delivery time corresponds to the working days that elapse from the time the order is finalized after verification of payment, until the customer receives it.

For orders outside the European Union, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, all associated fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer in accordance with current legal provisions:

  • Import duties vary from country to country.
  • The declared value, for customs purposes, will be the import value of the invoice in euros.
  • They must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery of the order.
  • Import costs may vary depending on the weight and import status of the package.

Shipments to countries outside the European Union, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be invoiced without VAT.
