We ship worldwide.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM are prepared and shipped the next business day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday, during the weekend, or on public holidays will be shipped the next business day. If any issue arises that may delay the shipment, we will inform you by email.
Once your order has left our facilities, you will receive an email with the tracking link. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the shipping company will attempt to contact you to arrange a new delivery.
Although we strive to always meet the stated deadlines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond ÉMOLO's control, such as transport incidents, incorrect address, or absence from the home. During periods of high demand, such as Black Friday or Christmas, delivery times may also be slightly affected.
If an order is returned due to an incomplete address, inability to contact the recipient, or repeated absence, the cost of a new shipment will be borne by the customer.
If you want to send the order directly to another person, make sure to correctly provide all their details in the shipping address.
